Service design is the activity of planning and arranging people, infrastructure, communication and material components of a service in order to improve its quality, and the interaction between the service provider and its users.

User Story  

Use user story help you build features/ functionality that your users want and need.

Life Through a Lens  

Struggling with a problem then look at it from a different perspective. By looking at a problem from your users/ personas perspective it will give you insight to how you can attempt to solve the issue.

System Map  

System is a a visual tool that shows all the different actors that are involved in service delivery and how they link together including flows of materials, energy, information, money, documents etc.

Service Specification

A service specification is a written document that specifies all the expectations and objectives for each stage of the service experience.
